Each apartment will be thoughtfully crafted to provide spacious interiors, high-quality finishes, and a comfortable living environment that meets the expectations of contemporary homeowners and investors alike.

• Option B – Phased Government Funding Structure:

The Government of Akwa Ibom State shall adopt a milestone-based payment approach, beginning with an initial 30% upfront disbursement. At a defined stage of project development, an additional 40% payment shall be released, while the final 30% balance shall be paid upon full completion of the project.

As a key provision, upon full completion of the project, all keys to the 100 housing units shall be formally handed over to the Government of Akwa Ibom State.
